PC Tools: iAntiVirus
iAntiVirus is a freeware antivirus program for Mac OS X by PC Tools. It's non-intrusive, and is able to detect and remove various types of Mac malware including viruses, spyware and exploits through signature and heuristic methods. As well as being able to perform a full system scan on demand, iAntiVirus will actively protect your system (i.e. resident / real-time protection).
While it's argued that Mac OS X doesn't need antivirus software, there's also much argument suggesting otherwise. Antivirus software on your Mac will give you an extra layer of protection.
