wireless security ?

ok, I read this story about this guy using someone's wirless connection (unsecured) outside of their house for illegal downloads. If he did this, would it show up in your web cache somewhere on your pc? For example, if you have a router/modem combination, (i use 2wire) ? I would think this could only happen if you were using a hub or a pc as a server, not on a network that uses router like 2wire or linksys. I would guess also that only the router logs would show any time of connection

Only the router would show the connection. Your computer would clean.
