Wireless Equipment

Im going to buy some wireless stuff soon. I need to get a Wireless router as well as a Wireless PCMCIA card. I want to stick with the same brand for both components. The first combo I came across was this:

Dlink DWL-G650 and Dlink DI-624

What do you think? Can you give me some suggestions about this?

I will be using it to connect my laptop up with my network around my house. Do you think it will be better to get a ADSL wireless router or connect my current wired ADSL router to the ethernet port on my wireless router. This will let my wireless computer get internet as well as all of my wired stuff.

D-Link stuff is terrible, try to find a Linksys WRT54GL and a decent wifi network card.

Where have you seen good reviews?

It's d-link, theirfor running vxworks as the operating system. Vxworks is more efficent but less stable than linux.

And the switch on the 6XX series always dies.

The linksys have no propertiary technolagy, and are far more powerful. You can run the WRT54GL at 100db or so compared to 15db on the linksys.
