Win98/95 cannot see network neighborhood

I have network with novell netware 4.1, If I share my document from my Winxp computer, other computer with win 95/98 sometimes cannot browse network neighborhood (workgroup)but sometimes successful...Thank you for all of your help

you do have all protocols installed on both machines ? ( Netbeui specifically ).
