We are not here to help anyone get around their company's policies. If you are trying to get away with browsing or going where you shouldn't you will have to find somewhere else to help you with that.
If you using a company computer and are on company time your boss can look at anything, even email. There nothing you can do about it other than trying to block it, which would probably be grounds for termination.
