Switching between wired and wireless

Looking for a good solution for our users to EASILY switch between a wired and wireless connection and doing this without administrative rights, we currently have users who are taking up 2 ip addresses by connecting to our network with both the wired and wireless connection.

The machines in question are all XP SP2, I am sure this is a no brainer for most but I could use some advice to make this as EASY as possible for our end users.

start>connect to and then right click on the wired or wireless connection and choose disable or enable.

You have to have admin rights to do that.

You could have them use the icon's in the task tray.... They should be able to right click on them and select disable the one they don't need. I am not positive though if they would need Admin rights or not, I doubt it. When they plug in the cable again, it SHOULD just auto detect it and connect. For wireless, they could just repair the connection (if that option is still there after selecting to disable it.)
