Setting up 2 segments with Linksys Router

Mike when I get home tonight I need to check something out on the routers. I just thought of something this morning when I got here to work. Of coarse I have to sit and wait 8hrs to see if I am right...

I have two segments that both need internet access. It needs to be setup so that the two segments can not see or talk to each other...

Should be easy enough if someone can line it out a little...

zonkerpro, this is exactly what I'd like to do too. I've been advised that it may not work as the ADSL router will assign private IP addresses to the two routers which will cause it to break.

Is this right? or can it work?

Yeh, you can not NAT behing NAT so that would break it. That is why I am trying to route behind NAT. Not really sure what the routing tables should look like.

I would think that you can route behind NAT. I guess I just am looking for some clarification.

well, I found the following thread on here:

which suggests that it **might** be possible. I'll try it out once I can borrow my mate's router.
