Router Problem

Most likely or one of the computer has some kind of negative entrie that won't let it connect to the router. Best bet is to try to connect on other computer to see that the problem might be the router.

ok, ill try your suggestion.. how about my modem? can it affect the router?

It can only when the router need to get the IP address from the modem. That can be easily solve by turning the modem and router off and on again. This won't reset anything it will just restart both the machine so that both can sync with each other.

First you want to try and get into the router config page. That is your problem at the moment, don't worry about the modem.

ive done everything, no changes at all.. i contacted the tech support and told me what to do, same thing.. so they told me they will replace the unit... *sigh*
