Hello, I have a Panasonic Network Camera.. Currently, the port is selected as 8290 and thats how I connect to it.. When Im in college, I want to remotely log into the camera, but my IT Administrator said the only ports that are open on the student network are:
ping
telnet
http
https
dns
port 22
port 110
port 143
port 123
I tried accessing my camera, but failed to do so.. Obviously because the port is blocked. If I set my port to something like 123 or 110, would I be able to access the camera or do those ports run only for "certain" applications?
