My Company has just migrated from Outlookn 2000 to 2003.
1 out of every 20 computers I've upgraded has giving me this problem that I just cant figure out, problem is:
-After upgrade, Id try to load Outlook and a Username, Password, Domain window would pop (which shouldnt happen since by default, Outlook load which ever user is log on to the comp/network)
-Correct username, PW, Dom will be enter, but the following error Id recieve:
-Your logon information was incorrect. Check your username & Domain, then type your pw again. If your account is new or your admin request a pw change, you need to click Change Password then logon your new password.
Ive tried nearly everything but, im still stuck. Please if anyone can help Id greatly appreciate it.
