Network Monitor

Does anyone know a good free network monitor to monitor bandwidth and network usage...i used Network Probe but the evaluation has expired.

Hi,

Do you mean as in "web" or as in an "intranet" enviroment?

If you are on a unix system you might have a look at EtherApe - http://etherape.sourceforge.net/

It's open source (free), but be aware it's a beta version at this point.

I'm not sure if it's capable of "bandwidth" monitoring or not - I don't use it.

There weren't too many "free" ones unfortunately.

is there a monitor that will get all protocols and all traffic that my network creates. so i can calculate how much bandwidth we use
