Good old netsend. Its fun to make batch files with stupid messages and send them 10,000+ times. The fun one can have at a lan party...

I tried netsend and the other pc had norton firewall. it blocked everything. I had to allow incoming traffic from my IP

If you use the IP address with net send then it will generate a simple tcp packet and can be routed across the internet. This is extremely fun when a friend is playing a video game and you net send them across the internet.

Since it is a windows service it will cause the game to minimize and the user will be switched back to windows for the moment.

that's why you should turn the messenger service off. A lot of ppl turned off the service because of the spam messages they were getting
