I recently installed a DLINK 4300 Gamerlounge Wireless router & DLINK XBOX Live gaming adapter for a client. Everything seemed to be fine when I left the clients house.
The client contacted me with a strange issue.
Although the XBOX live has been great without issue, she's been experiencing "freezing & choppiness" when viewing any online media. (Streaming Video & Such) on her PC.
The PC is some sort of a Dell Dimension.
She also has High speed cable / modem.
I had her connect the PC directly to the Modem and the issue goes away.
Where should I start with the router?
