Hi guys I am coming here because I am stuck!
I recently got a new computer I am not sure if it coincidence but ever since I have had it my internet randomely disconnects, then will re-connect after about 30 seconds.Sometimes if effects all computers on my home network sometimes it is only mine. I am connected by ethernet cable.
I have netgear router, pretty new and it worked fine just before I got this new computer. So i don't think its the router.
I am running Vista Ultimate 64 on my new computer. There is not a set time of when it will disconnect but its usually with in the 20min region.
But when I play any online games such as CoD4 within 5mins i get connection issues. I opened the port on my firewallf or these games.... nothing.
I have tried all the most obvious, network driver, winsufix, power managment, changed dns to what my old pc was(opendns).
I know this is odd, but any help would be appreciatted!
