IIS stopped

The services for my inhouse site have stopped and when i try to restart it it says "address already in use". I have checked my event view logs and have followed up on the errors i get and have tried some of microsofts "fixes" and none have worked. This site has been working and to my knowledge nothing in IIS has been changed.

are you running more that one site off the same server?

mayb there is anouther app using port 80. if you run and email server of Exchange server, both of these use IIS so stop all services, this may help!
