HP 3210 Network printer NOT SHOWING UP

For some reason my hp 3210 wont show up as a printer... but works as a scanner...over the network. the funny thing is it worked when i had my linksys router but not with my d-link router. the router i have is the DI 524. it gets an ip within the range nad shows up in the router admin screen but wont show up as a printer on the network... any hlep would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

ive tried both a static ip and lettingdhco do its thing. and i can ping the printer form any comp on the network...but i still cant get it to show up as a printer...
