HELP! can't access microsoft/hotmail/ebay

I just get a "page cannot be found" error on all of these sites. I have a belkinF5D7632-4 and have followed all the instructions given to me. This happens on all the computers i've connected up to it, wireless or cable. any advice?

Do you have a firewall installed or some kinda blocker that might be blocking these pages or the IP? just a thought.

No, I've taken all the firewalls/antivirus off just in case. It's really annoying!

Just to understand you problem a little better, can you access other sites and have you tried to ping hotmail and msn.

Yeah I can view all other pages, apart from some banking pages. I can ping msn and hotmail fine. I think it must be a problem with allowing cookies, but I've set everything on my computer to accept everything. Also the same thing happens to other computers on my network, and if i take my laptop to another network it connects fine. Just on my home connection there are problems.
