DNS Frustration

I'm having this same problem. I'm setting up a server at my office and cannot get any of the clients to connect to the domain.
The link given earlier does not have a solution anywhere on the page.

That site does have a solution, (uninstalling your NIC drivers and re-installing them), but that did not work for me, leading me to believe that the problem is far less simple than that.

I have been to another site, and asked my admin @ school here, with 30 some years of experience and he cannot figure it out either. PLEASE, if anyone comes up with a solution, either PM me, post, or e-mail. It is really bothering me that nobody knows what the problem is.
