Dlink adapter need help

I bought a Dlink DWL G630 wireless card about a week ago. Every time i started my computer it would freeze if the card was in. I called dlink and dell and even redid my whole computer. Dell insists it is not an irq problem. Does anyone know what it might be? Thanks in advance.

technically you are not supposed to put the card in until you are fully booted and you are supposed to click the icon in the tray in order to take it out.

Still that seems really touchy. have you updated to the latest drivers and unchecked the box that says let windows manage your connection? I beleive D-Link has its own utility.

I meant when i shut down my computer after installing the driver and put the card in. Then i start it up and when windows starts loading it freezes and if you take it out it just starts going again.
I have also updated everything possible that would help. As i said earlier dell had me reinstall windows. Thanks.
