Crossover to router?

Hi
I currently have a 2 computer network using a crossover line, and a shared connection. I am very soon changing my dialup connection for broadband, and was considering getting a router, to avoid the necesity of having the one computer on in order to use internet on the other. My problem is that I have a 30 metre crossover cable running through the roof, and to avoid a lot of trouble and a fair amount of money, I do not wish to replace my cable. Is it possible to get some kind of adapter to avoid this?

I dont know of any adapters but you can get a crimper and put a new end on the cable. This link will explain the difference and how to change the wires to what you need. It is actually pretty easy just requires some patience.
