2wire cant open ports (at&t)

im trying to open ports for utorrent and it wont let me. at&t is forcing me to use this pos. i have been able to on past 2wires but not on this one. WHen adding a port, theres three options. Maximum, certain ports, and all. If i select certain or all, it just goes back to maximum when i hit ok. It wont stick with anything but maximum.

is there some setting im missing?

I don't know what you mean by maximum, certain and all. It does not sound like you are in the right place. See if you can find what you are looking for here:
