Unix does not run on The pc>?

Well, aren't many of us here using Linux on a 'std architecture of the pc'? That's a 'varient'.

Additionally, Mac OS X itself is a POSIX compliant OS.

the linux accepts the commands like the unix......? i tho it was a gui, so i ask! not using linux, plan to tho!
