How do u install yellow dog linux on PS3?

First off, you have to get the .iso for yellow dog.
It can be found here, ftp://mirror.anl.gov/pub/yellowdog/iso/.
From what I understand, after 5.0.1, the bootloader comes with the .iso, so theirs no needs to get that.
Download the .iso and burn it onto a DVD. Theirs are a few things you need to do to get your PS3 ready for the install.
If you need direction on how to install it, check here, Terra Soft -- Linux for Sony PlayStation PS3, IBM Power and pSeries, Mercury Cell, and Apple PowerPC.
From there you can open the pdf and look at the directions on how to install it.
