The FC3 test has been out for a while to dl, so I'm going to download it this weekend, install it over my FC1 partition, and I'll keep you guys updated and let you know how it is

test it for what? linux is linux, fedora uses the rpm package management system right? The only difference tween fedora core and any other linux is package management differences and where they put the configuration files.Some use the sys V init setup, some use the BSD style, other than that they arent any different really.

Ya some distro's have fancy setup and install GUI's, its just window dressing...............

FC3 hasn't officially been released, it's still in beta (last time I checked), so they're not sure it's stable yet. I believe it uses one of the newer 2.6 kernel versions
