yah but for when it comes out 50 gigs
100 gigs max and theoretical is 200 gigs but the 200 gigs are theroetical not even testing yet.

PS3 -> Nvidia RSX
XB360 -> ATI R600

XB360 -> 3 processor cores running at 3.2 ghz
PS3 -> 7 SPE's running at 3.2 ghz

BTW Blu-ray can store up to 200 gb ...

Okay, have to make a comment here. Number one, XBox360 does NOT use the ATI R600, the graphics card is a beast of it's own and has a VERY unique architecture. I'm also sure you can't just compare the PS3 to a standard vid card. If comparing processors, then do this correctly. The XBox360 has 3 processor cores with 6 hardware threads (2 per core). The PS3 has 1 processor with 7 SPE's (consider one kind of an extra or standby). These are NOT processors in the sense of the main processors. The problem with the SPE's are they are not general purpose cores, they just add to the fp. The CellÂ’s seven DSPs (what Sony calls SPEs) have no cache, no direct access to memory, no branch predictor, and a different instruction set from the PS3Â’s main CPU. They are not designed for or efficient at general purpose computing. DSPs are not appropriate for game programming. Also, it has 512MB of SHARED memory architecture, just like the XBox360.
