Hi my Xbox 360 cd tray seems to be very slow and sometimes it jams? any ideas?

Jamming maybe caused by the disk tray which jams or struggles to open. This can be caused by the 360`s faceplate being loose or not properly secured to the unit. This can become worse over time so it it wise to re-fasten the faceplate as soon as possible.

Dirty? It may need the gear trains cleaned

On Thursday the system started to crash really quickly or in the middle of the game, i took the system back to Currys they have now issued me with a new one!
