netflix poor stream

all right i can stream netflix perfectly with great quality on my lap top wirelessly but i get one dot and very low quality that has to buffer constantly on my xbox which is plugged directly into my router. i have 10 mb internet and am at a loss for what to do any help would be great

May need to open some ports up in your router. I would contact either Netflix, Microsoft, or your router's manufacturer to find out what is needed.

Once in awhile I will get poor quality and I think it's a netflix issue. But that is just a guess. I restart the video from the beginning so it detects the quality again and usually it comes out much better. try that

Not really sure. I think if you have broadband in the US you are fine as I think all broadband is capable of streaming.
