I don't see it? Anyhow... Dev tools... and who wants to create an Xbox game, when you could create a PC game?

Um, if your talking about the editors, you are NOT making a game for the PC, it has already been made, you are only moding it. Trust me, writing an engine from scratch is NOTHING like that. Also, as far as the question of how you would do that, you get a software download onto you computer (it now becomes a development system) and you write the code onto the computer. Then, there u would probably run the compiler, load it into the xbox360 hdd and run it. More than likely MS would have to debug and certify it before it is allowed on live marketplace.
