I havent played WoW since last October. Anything new I should know about before I start back up?

They have revamped preists.
Appart from that, a lot of the new stuff has been new lvl 60 instances and stuff for lvl 60 characters
It's not like this is Star Wars Galaxies where they change the entire combat system every 12 months.
