What is this FPS optimizer? Is it a software that comes with Morrowind or a separate downloadble program? Is it applicable to other games?

Im looking forward to Fable TLC. To tell you honestly, Im not that fond of Star Wars things so maybe I cant appreciate the game much even though much of you says that its good Then NW2...

But anyway thanks for the suggestions that you gave to me. That really helped a lot ^^

to be honest im not a huge star wars fan either
but the game doesnt have anything to do with the movies, meaning there is no luke, laya, or anything like that

it has its own characters and storylines, its just based of the star wars ideas, of the sith, the jedis, the wookies and what not
