As me being a gamer I never really took this upon myself, I just read em and what I saw beat what I thought was better. Well now I want to get into it and figure what I'm running and what I should be running the system in my sig is current. What programs can I use to check out my Frames in games, also what is a "Decent" amount of FPS in like

"DOOM 3"

or

"Battlefield 2"

I have both on ULTRA/HIGH with my current system and no glitch or freeze at all. I can even be listening to music or whatever in the background and still runs crisp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A "decent" is like 40 a "good" amount is like 60. Just remember if your FPS is higher than your refresh rate it's overkill.

But if your at 60 or so you won't see a difference if it gets higher at least I don't.
