you know what.... I dont think I had keys. If you just download from them obviously your using your own credit card etc steam accounts are for you only, and you cant copy it for someone else.

nope seems only debit cards and credit cards at present.

also confirms in that link you don't get a cd key. Does say something about vouchers or certificates to pay.. you`ll have to look into that.
