Yeah 8600GTS is a bit better than the 8600GT but still not that great.

There's no GS.. just GT or GTS

An 8600 can definitely run CoD5, but it depends what resolution to know what settings you can play on. My friend has been playing the CoD5 beta with an 8500GT, and he plays on high resolutions.

I had an 8500GT...couldint go past 800x600 on high settings in cod4 without lag. And this was with no aa/af either.

High resolution means 1680x1050 and up.....8500GT cant handle that.
