cant play cs:s

i need anyones help really badley, i cant play cs:s, on the internet list i click on a server and it wont let me connect to it, i click on half a dozen and it wont let me join one, my firewall is correct ive set it to permit all connections to valve steam

Try doing it without your router.

well for me, i have to wait about 2-5 min before it connects.

Disable your firewall first. Then if you have programs such as PG2 loaded, that'll block Valve, so unblock that if you have PG2. Other than that, as DJ-Chris mentioned, try the router. If not....
