building my First gaming desktop

I have my server in a closet too, but there is no vent in there. What is the point of having a vent in a closet?

I don't know the house my parents bought in AZ is huge and has walk in closets. I guess they want you to stay cool while getting dressed? Not sure lol

I enjoy it as my PC stays cooler then if it wasn't.

Could you shed any light on this?
