Assassin's Creed System Requirements?

Assassin's Creed runs smoothly on my PC at 1680x1650 on high details

I have GTS 320MB

meh, I don't have money to throw around anymore, and I don't feel like acquiring a 6GB file @ 30 kB/s either

I'm having enough of my time consumed by Company of Heroes atm

I was playing it in Vista x64 with everything maxed out, but it keeps freezing up on me. Other than that it runs smooth... :/ I sure wish Nvidia could get some decent drivers to support SLI better on Vista 64-bit.

So I then installed it on XP and it runs amazingly great. I took some screens of both DX9 and DX10. I'll post them later when I get home.

Okay...here are the screens. I dunno...it doesn't seem like DX10 offers that much more. Especially when I have so many problems with Vista.

Yea...same settings on both versions. Everything maxed out at 1680x1050.

it actually looks better in dx9 imo. you dotn have AA set do you i may buy this my quad and 9800gtx will handle it with ease.

Assassin's Creed is not a demanding game I have the GTS 320MB and the game runs smoothly at Max setting with no AA but even when set AA to max the game is still very playable to me

If you have better GPU like G92, then there is no need to worry

Is it really as repetitive as most people seem to play it up to be? I have a friend in my Cal II class telling me so as well.
