Armed Assault FPS issue

I have been playing Armed Assault which I just bought and maxed out all the settings but the game seems to be a bit laggy. My video card is Nvidia 7950GT I thought this would be able to thrash this game easy... the lag definitely is not the internet connection either. Any ideas or do I need a better video card to play on max settings?

Your video card should be enough for that game...maybe its just the game?

Try turning some graphics down....I beat the campaign in Arma, and it was a resource hog....great game though, IMO.
