Hi,

I have a few questions regarding a joystick for my PC:

Do joysticks these days connect via USB?
Are there many games at all anymore that are played with a joystick?
What joystick would be a good choice for my PC? I need a joystick that can be used by left-handers, since I am a lefty:)

I have 2 freeware Star Wars games that are played with a joystick and I have an old stick that still has the old kind of plug, and I haven't seen a plug for it on my new PC's motherboard (Asus P6T Deluxe) but I'd like to get a new one anyway, so recommendations are welcome.:)

Thanks in advance!

Lars

i'd strongly recommend the official xbox 360 controller, or one made by a 3rd party. they are plug n play with windows vista & up (driver for xp... not sure if its p n p), and most games that support a joystick support this one by default. plus the layout is sweet... after all, the army uses it for uav's!

Thanks guys for your input !

Philbar: The joystick you recommended would not work for me, it;s only for righ-handers :(, I'm a lefty.
I need to look for a neutral joystick that is symmetrically shaped.
