30 fps in crysis just not good enough for me

hm. i average 45-50 with the config file Merkwürdigliebe posted up.

i play w/ some settings i got on the Incrysis forum.. or something like that... definitely looks like dx10 if not better

i play at 1920x1200 and am at a steady 25 fps.. not the greatest looking.. but for how it looks.. i don't give a crap, it's too amazing to care

I got a new video card and other things. My computer is as follows;
Core 2 Duo e6600 @ 2.4 Ghz
3GB G.Skill RAM
eVGA 8800 GT 512 MB Superclocked

guess that's all that really matters huh?

EDIT: I'm running 1280x1024, everything on high.

Yea, I couldn't even play low with the 7600 GT, it was a pile. I need to make a new sig, but I don't have time, and I suck with photoshop and I just got that video card so.

you could also take the cheap way out and cut it out using Paint and rewrite it using paint
