im surprized that theirs no talk (that ive seen)about the banning of gta san andreas. it's really anoying that the esrb and even the goverment have goten so worked up over this, i dont know if anyone has seen the G4 tech tv "sex in video games" special report but i have to agree with the journalist that if this was any other game everyone wouldnt be so worked up about it. also, rockstar entertainment had the material that was IN the game rated, what happened is instead of taking that part out they cut it from the game not the actual code. so if some hacker were to mod the game so it was back in then that is a hack wich isnt meant to be in the game so their for it shouldn't be part of the rating... does anyone know a website that still sells it (i still need a copy)or can i download it from limewire within a reasonable amount of time?
if i got any of the facts wrong please correct me on them, id like to hear some opinions too.

it's the certain programmers fault, they were in a hurry, so they didn't check for any easter eggs that would be innapropriate.

I think the whole thing's stupid. You're essentially downloading a mod (as you can for countless other games) that unlocks content. Yes the content is already on the disc itself, but without that download it's entirely inaccessable. Giving it an AO rating is ridiculous imo.
Oh, and as far as getting a copy, I'm not sure who sells it any more (probly those back-street porn shops ), and as far as downloading it, its on a dvd so I'm sure it'll take a while no matter where you find it.

Considering you can't even get to the adult content on the console versions I don't see how they can possibly give it a AO rating.

I can kinda see for the PC but still...you have to download something to unlock. Don't think it derserves it.

There definately wouldn't be so much hype if it was another game beside San Andreas, because it already has 'inspired' or 'trained'(that whole argument is a joke)people to murder people, and it's ultra-popular.

Sure R* is guilty of puting it in the game but you can't even get it on the cosole versions and even on the PC you have to download it to get it so it think the rating should have been left alone.
