Hello I am new to the site and am hoping someone can shine some light on the trouble i have been having. I have a Ps3 controller with USB cable hook ups and a laptop with Windows 7. I also have emulators like Project64, snes, and Visualboy(Game boy advanced) I am wondering how can i use my controller to play on these emulators. I realize i need a driver but i am so not tech savvy. So could anyone do a step by step instruction for me on installing drivers and whatnot so i can get this to work? TYVM

Any replies are greatly appreciated for.

It has come up a lot recently and with a recent increase of discussions over this topic the staff have decided that any and all discussion of emulators will not be allowed hence forth.

This is a large grey area since some are allowed while many are not. As with our stance on MMORPG characters, Account selling we are taking the high road and not allowed it at all.

This is because Any Nintendo system is not allowed. But Microsoft and Sony do not have specific documentation on it available. Unless the game is available in the public domain for everyone it will not be allowed to be talked about via emulation at all.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Also on this list is Console Mods. This is just like using a Mod Chip which can be used for purposes other than those intended. There are plenty of places on the web to get answers about this stuff. Tech-Forums will not be one of them.
