Gaming Headsets

I've been doing some reasearch into some gaming headsets and i am wondering some others thoughts on a good set a headphones for gaming.

Plantronics DSP-500 Digitally
SENNHEISER PC150

Are the 2 top headsets i'm looking into purchasing..

If anyone has thoughts on these please let know.. Or tell me what you prefer.

Try logitech or creative labs. Very good gear there.

I use a Plantronics A90 headset I got from newegg.com for $18.
It's been one of my best buys of 2004! Seriously, this thing has beautiful sound and deep bass. The mic does it's job, no complaints there either.

yea, my friend has the same one as harper

when i play cs with him, his voice is very clear and he said the sound is nice (well, not as good as the $100 headphones, but good for the price)

Bleh, I gave up looking for a new headset after my other one broke. I just use a sweet Sennheiser 212PRO. It's bass rocks, especiall with CS.

yea, the 212pro is really good for cs from what i've heard, but the sound sucks compared to all the other headphones in its price range
