Youtube on headphones sound problem? :S (Logitech G35)

Hey guys,
I came upon this site from google, so hopefully I'm in the right place for this question.

Basically, I have a set of Logitech G35's, and for no reason I can figure, any video I play on Youtube has a problem with the sound. When the surround sound is turned off (via the switch on the headphones), the majority of the sound is coming from the right ear (could be that it's the only one working fine), with barely anything through the left, then if I turn on the SS it gets like super bassy and distorted and generally bad sounding, no idea if it sounded like that before this problem started though (which by the way seems to have arised at random...I THINK).

The thing about this is, they work perfectly fine with surround sound both on and off in anything else (game, video or song I might have on my computer) so I don't really understand!

Can't really think of anything else to explain but I shall answer any inquiries.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!
