Two Audio Devices Simul

Does anyone know of a program or a way to force windows into letting me use two audio devices at once? I heard new Intel boards can do this, but I have a NForce 3 Amd mobo.

Basically, I have a USB headset and onboard sound. I want to be able to use them both at the same time, without having to switch my audio device back and forth in Windows.

It'd be nice if I could assign certain programs to each device too.

Anyone know of anything? Thank you.

Well, it is possible by speakers if they have a Heaphone jack and a wired remote like mine with the same thing. I guess if you want your head phones running at the same time as the speakers I dont know of anyway anyone can do that.
