New to DVD Burning

I am very new on the DVD burning bandwagon. I have posted on afterdawn but i havent found much help. Maybe you all can help me.

Ok, i have lite-on 1633s and yes i had updated the firmware. I am using ImgBurn to burn things. Here is the problem. I had a files on my comp of a movie: 1 is an Image Fiels (CUE i think) and the other is BIN file. I tried to burn the BIN because that is the only one that ImgBurn would accept. When i put that disc in my xbox360, after the burning, it said Unrecognized Disk so no luck there. But then, i tried burning the CUE file to a dvd-r with Burn4Free and when i put that im my xbox 360 i got a mixed media disc error. Any help? Pleaze?

You burned the DVD correctly. But you need a modchip for the XBOX360 to read burned games.

yes..it is a movie. It came with both types of files.

Are you trying to copy DVDs you have? Or downloaded movies?

yes but Nero costs money....which i dont have! is Alchohol Free>? What is it?

power iso has a free trial. alcohol 120 is the best though

how much does Alcohol cost? Cane some1 gimme a link? Is it similar to Nero?
