I am trying to make a DVD that has a lot of high quality video on it that will be pulled off of a website. Is there a way to protect the video on the DVD so it can't be copied to the user's hard drive and it can't be copied to another DVD. I guess what I am saying is there a way that only the website can play the video off of the DVD?

If you have a copy of nero or roxio both will lock your DVD or blu-ray disc after all the files are burned.
In order to do this you will need to tell nero you only want to do a want time session with a encryption lock.
Even after doing this, please be aware that there are some software DVD BD-R rippers that can crack most DVD's of it's protection and let the end user pull off what they want.
