.avi in Media Center?

Hey,

I hope this is where this goes =P
Trying to play .avi in my Media Center on Vista Ultimate x64, people online have just said try downloading FFDShow, may work. Yeah, doesn't, downloaded it, the most recent one, lol, from like 3 years ago, doesn't work. A mate of mine got it working some how so now he can stream avis through his xbox, and that is what i wanna do, I just dont know how he did it and I think he is now in canada, which is a while away for me, lol.

Any clues?

fixed! found a way to fix that, wasnt through KLM, but, well, through an addon of it.

More downloads: VideoLAN - eMule - CoreAVC - DivX - BSplayer - Windows Media Lite

There is a 64 bit addon for the KLM which enables it for Media Center etc, and even if you arent using media center, should probs still get cause it works with WMP too.
