Audio Skipping/Stuttering

In the last few days i have begun to experince skipping of audio tracks, but only in Itunes, the songs work fine in any other media player and my Ipod.
The skipping is accompanied by a CPU Spike ranging from 20%-90% and only occurs when Bitcomet is open.
I have no idea what the problem could be, does anyone have any ideas? Ive always used these programs together and its only just begun to happen..

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS (Latest Drivers)
Itunes 6.0.4.2 (Latest)
Bitcomet 0.64 (Latest)

Did you just started using bitcommet? Or are you running it for some longer times before the stuttering started occuring. Since if not, the cause is simple, download torrent files is a rather hefty duty for a PC to undertake. I guess your Proccessor / Ram isn't powerfull enough to run a rather hefty program like Itunes and bitcommet.

No, ive always been using it.. It's a new PC, year and a half old and for that time they have both been running smooth together.. My processor is a P4 3.2HT and i have 2x 512mb DDR-3200 RAM
Im pretty sure they can handle it..
