GPU not folding as fast as it should.

My GPU was folding nice and fast in windows 7 but I had to go back to XP because my motherboard is messed up and will only boot from an IDE hard drive and the only IDE hard drive I have is 10GB... But now it is taking a lot longer then normal to fold. The 353's are supposed to take about an hour to fold on a GTX 260+ however they are taking a little bit over 2 hours to complete. The Core clock is 641, memory is 1101, and the shader is 1550. The only thing I can think of is that it is downclocking for some reason.

Youre also running a cpu client correct?

In the gpu setup, set it to slightly higher priority.

I am only running the GPU client. I have discovered that the GPU downclocks itself after from high performance 3d to either low performance 3d or just plain 2d and I do not know how to stop that.
