I wonder if what I'm doing constitutes cheating.
If I told you I was a network admin, take a guess at what I've started to do...:D

Folding@home - FAQ-Policies

Actually i think you are violating the Terms of Use of F @ H. First thing it says.

Run Folding@home only on authorized computers

Run Folding@home only on computers that you own, or for which you have obtained the owner's permission. Some companies and schools have policies that prohibit using their computers for projects such as Folding@home.

So yeah i am sure that is breaking some rules. ;)

Hey i am not trying to bust any bubbles. But i am trying to protect the job. As if they do find out that some extra power is being used and it can be traced back to Soul he could get into some serious trouble. Just trying to help a man keep a job. ;)

Since I got my netbook I've barely touched my desktop, so it's been folding pretty much 24/7 since I got it on sunday :p

If the computers are kept running 24/7 (or thereabouts), F@H makes perfect sense. The CPUs are sitting idle, wasting cycles. Odds are they are not of the line processors, so they won't be running a client that would push the CPU.

Of course, it would be wise to clear it with the higher ups. Just in case.
